Nope ... standing up straight and tall. The fireweed is taller this year than usual, I think.

I'll get you some fireweed seeds, Tanya, and you can try it. Do you want some forget-me-nots as well? They have seeds packaged up for the tourists ... although I don't know about their quality. But I'm also not sure about gathering my own, although I could do iris and poppies from the garden, probably. And the lupine currently has seed pods that I could collect a few if you want to do an Alaskan wildflower patch in France!

I was actually making a joke about the funny looking thing in the middle. However, an Alaskan wildflower patch does sound like a fun idea. Iris do grow here, so why not the others. I can try and if they don't take, they don't take ...
