This afternoon is Dimension Langes's Christmas Party. There will be champagne, tea, coffe, coca cola, cookies, cake, chocolates, etc. to be shared by all! Christmas music and a Christmas tree decorated by our students.
Last weekend we participated in the Telethon. We sold cookies and cakes and candy. People had to draw a piece of paper and answer a language question in order to win the goodies they wanted. We had so much left over from the Telethon that we decided to do the same thing with our students at the party today. Now we'll see if we're really good teachers or not!
There was one Alaska Christmas ornament left over from the wedding, so we're going to use that as a prize for a drawing.
Guess I better go get ready. I have to leave in half an hour and I'm still in my pjs!
See most of you soon! love t

Sounds like fun, Tanya. We're having a mini-party here tonight -- Roy, Nicole, and Kristen are here. We're having stir fry and brownies.
Dad
The Christmas Party went well. Not quite the turnout we'd hoped for, but those who came had fun. One of our students brought us gifts (candle sets for us and a little glass globe for the school) and it turned out that she's the one that won the drawing! Pure chance, it was not rigged, I swear!
