Look out Boulder!

Tom flew to Boulder on Sunday for an interview yesterday at Naropa University where he wants to do a masters program in contemplative psychotherapy. I picked him up at the airport this afternoon and when we walked in the door, a blinking phone message light greeted us. It was Naropa offering him a slot. So we're shifting gears to get him out of here and ready to start classes on Aug. 15th. He'll probably go down a bit earlier to find housing, etc. He thinks the answer that got him in had to do with why he was dressed so casually for an interview (shorts, sandals, sunglasses atop long, curly hair...) apparently his answer caught the interest of the department head and they got a bit of a dialogue going. The plan is for him to try it for a semester before we discuss if I should move too or we want to long-distance it for 3 years.

Super congratulations to Tom! I'm curious to hear more about the outfit conversation...

As were Jenn and I . . . someone will have to fill in the details of the response to the question, at least.
