Posting v. Commenting

I seem to be able to post, but am unable to comment. What gives? If other people are experiencing similar troubles, please make a comment on this post explaining said troubles and how frustrating it is for you. :-)

Ha ha ... I hope no one actually tries that ... if you can't comment, you won't be able to comment and complain about being unable to comment. Right? Yep.

If you can read this, then you should also be able to post a comment, regardless of your status as an old or new blogger.

I am currently signed in as my alter-ego on the new blogger. My split personalities have not yet been merged because I'm still waiting for the rest of you.

I adjusted Nothing But Tromble's settings (presumably only temporarily) to allow any registered user to comment, not just members. Once we're all converted, I'll change it back, most likely.

I think I can comment.

Yeah, now you can ... but that's just because he changed the permissions. Previously, you would have run into the same, aggravating, "you aren't a team member" thing that was plaguing my commenting attempts.
