Sunday, while Andrew was playing with g'ma, we had some rocks delivered. In order to show the scale, I convinced Andrew to model. Of course, he's such a ham, it's not that hard.
My original weight estimates were a bit off. I thought the one that Andrew was sitting on was about 4 ft long, but it's only a little over 3, which makes a big difference. But, the biggest 3 are probably around 1400-1500 lbs, and the other two are probably in the 800-1000 range.
So, all in all, probably 2.5-3 tons of rocks. How did we place them? The people delivered, and they backed their trailer up and we carefully rolled them off and put them in place using steel bars, rollers, etc. We used a dolly for the two smallest ones. Aside from the ruts in the yard, which were inevitable, no damage was done. Hopefully, they'll level out over time.

Slow month on the cardio ... just 18/27 thus far. Of course, it started with being sick.
The rocks seem like a great addition to the yard!
