Flying Burrito

I went to The Flying Burrito Company for dinner tonight, on the recommendation of Kyle (from the Norman office). Kyle grew up in NW Arkansas and used to work at the Fayetteville office, so he's my go-to for food recommendations around here.

It was good. The rice was a little bit spanishy, but it was firm (not mushy like at a lot of places), so it was pretty good. The black beans seemed to have a fine texture, and they had hot, smooth, red salsa that was just the right level of spiciness.

It wasn't as refined a restaurant setting as Qdoba or Chipotle, but they gave me chips and salsa on the side (for free). It is definitely going on my list of potential return locations in Fayetteville. Plus, it is reasonably close to the office and hotel. Bingo!
