Basketball Junkie

Lucas loves basketball. This morning, he was up before us. What did we hear from bed? Thump, thump, thump of a bouncing ball. He was dribbling.

Mid-morning, I went out to the garage to lift weights. Lucas came out, picked up a basketball, and started dribbling. In fact, he tried out a variety of sizes of basketballs.

After lunch, we played nerf basketball upstairs for a bit. Then, after another round of working out, we all practiced our ball handling on the driveway. We finished up just in time for the start of the OU v WVU game.

After we got home tonight, Lucas insisted on more nerf basketball. Then, we finished the night watching a little more basketball before story time.

Finally, Lucas and his puppy fell asleep ... he's probably dreaming about something related to basketball.
