Fun with Meredith

We had a great visit from Meredith (May 21-26). Luckily, her visit coincided with my very bad strep, so there was a substitute English story reader around.

 Fun activities included painting, board games, dancing, and walks to and from school.

Meredith came to my conversation class Tuesday evening. It is one of the best class sessions I've ever had with a native speaker guest. The conversation just flowed pretty much and everyone exchanged for over an hour. I had warned the students and told them to come prepared with things to say, which might have helped compared to past experiences. Meredith's great teaching skills also helped as she actively worked to get equal participation from all three students.
Perhaps Meredith can fill in some more as I was often at the university and not privy to all the fun that was being had. I have more photos on the camera, so I'll post again once I get them on the computer.
