Amidst zero fanfare, Lucas turned 8 on 9/10/19. Johnny and Elise's new daughter was also born on that day (I think).
We went for donuts in the morning. Then, I got them after karate and we went to pick up Julie, who was returning from a work trip to Little Rock.
We saved present opening for Wednesday night, after a trip to Menchies.

Happy belated birthday, Lucas! I meant to call on Tuesday, but it slipped my mind amidst ferrying children around.Tuesdays are going to be busy this fall.
