Tanya arrived last Monday evening around dinner time. Tanya requested fajitas, so I cooked some Mahi Mahi and seasoned it for fajitas. It seemed to be fairly well received, although it definitely isn't normal fajita fare.
Tuesday, we met up with mom for lunch at Qdoba so Tanya could try the Grilled Vegetable Burrito, although the lady put extra hot salsa on instead of hot salsa and that seemed to overpower the other flavors a little bit. In the evening, Jenn, Tanya and mom went to the Mary Kay lady's for facials (and who knows what else?). Afterwards, we hit up BWW for 1/2 price wings. Tanya had some sort of fish sandwich.
Wednesday, Tanya rode with me down to the gym in the morning. She read while I lifted with Danny, then we rode down to the NWC and I gave her the tour. We meandered a little around campus on the way back and stopped by mom's office to say "Hi". After cleaning up, we swung by Panda Express for lunch and then did a little shopping before heading home to get dinner (steaks for everyone but Tanya and steelhead trout for Tanya) ready.

The riding he's talking about is bike riding and the shopping was luggage shopping. And after looking at several different stores, I did find a nice pair of purple patterned suitcases that seemed up to par in the way of sturdiness and were on sale for half off! Evan has nicknamed me the shopping nazi, but hey, I just want to make sure my luggage isn't going to fall apart the first time I check it on a flight.
You forgot to mention that Mom and Mike came over for a dinner of bbq steaks and delicious fresh trout. See Roy, whenever I visit, I make him use his grill at least once!
