And they're off ...

Meredith and Anwyl departed for London this morning after an action-packed whirlwind tour of Provence! Here you see them with Marie-Elisabeth in front of a little sandwich bar in Marseille where we had lunch yesterday. Some of our activities over the last five days included: hiking up Garlaban, listening to Meredith's wonderful talk at the SF conference, eating, drinking, listening to an organ concert in Roquevaire, hiking on the hill overlooking Roquevaire, eating, drinking, practicing French, visiting family and friends, visiting sights in Marseille (Museum of Contemporary Art, Le Corbusier apartment building, vieux port, Notre Dame de la Garde), cuddling with Tiger, all topped off by more eating and drinking thanks to Marie-Elisabeth and David, Michèle, Jenny, Robyn and Serge, Mireille, Gu, and Richard!
