Went to the Zoo

We went to the zoo this afternoon, since the rainy weekend weather had finally cleared. The first animal we saw was the tiger, and as soon as we were done, Rachel said "Bye bye, kitty" and asked to see the elephants.

She enjoyed looking at the other animals too, but usually only briefly. She walked up to the glass in the primate house several times, said "I see it", and then ran away to the next exhibit.

Back home, making dinner several hours later, Rachel said bye-bye to the elephants, giraffes, etc., again, and then "Went to the zoo!"
