Last night (in Australia), I accepted an offer on my house -- a couple from Ketchikan who are moving to Juneau in May. I'm leaving town on my next trip Jan. 24 so target is to have all the stuff I'm not keeping moved on to new homes by then. Closing is currently scheduled for Feb. 1. I have a few weeks of travel in the lower 48 planned with no return ticket as of yet. Will see what pops!
