This morning, I got up early to take some calls with people on central time. Then, I went for a run before the conference went into full swing. This was after the run, which was 5 miles in the Vegas sun (90 degrees when I started at 9 a.m.). It wasn't too bad. I ran up the strip on the west side, then back on the east side. The west side is way better for running, just fyi.
