On Thursday, June 15, at 7 p.m. PDT, at the Hamilton International Middle School gymnasium, the final band concert of the year will feature an oboe solo by Lydia Tromble.
I will try to get a recording for those unable to attend. I hope I can get her to tell me which piece it will be beforehand. She told me about the solo without prompting, so that's promising. It was some time ago, but it didn't occur to me to feature it here.
