I'm in Georgia, at the moment. Wednesday, I slept in, so I wasn't able to work out before going to work (I got picked up at 7:30 a.m. to head to a 9 a.m. client meeting).
Fast forward to the end of the day, and I arrived back at my hotel about 6:30 p.m., with less than 4,000 steps for the day. Not great, plus too dark to run outside.
Determined to maintain my lead, I put in an hour on the treadmill (after a 20-minute lifting session). That got me to about 10K. Halfway there. Then, I walked 2.8 miles from the hotel to Chipotle, ate, and walked back. Done!
Followed that up with some work and talking to Lucas. Now, I'm tired. Heck, I was tired before!

That's serious commitment to getting the steps!
