On Sunday, October 10, Sylvain and his aunt Nora made couscous at Gu's house. Gu had invited a friend over for Sunday dinner and wanted to serve up something somewhat impressive. I think it worked. Sylvain is planning yet another couscous escapade mid-November at a friend's house since they want to eat good food and see wedding pictures.
