But I'll do the best I can. Important background info - Whole Foods shopping bags are paper, and have handle loops glued in that are made from what is basically very stiff string.

We had Pam's sister Cindy and husband Buz over for dinner tonight. Pam fixed an excellent dinner - mostly food from the farmer's market - and afterward we looked at the artwork from France.

A bit later, Pam was upstairs and I was in the bedroom, when I heard a tremendous racket -- sounded like a pile of boxes falling over, and over....

I came out into the hallway, and Whiskers came racing out of the kitchen as fast as she could go, into the piano room and on into the office. I turned back toward the kitchen door just as Muffy raced out into the hall, with a Whole Foods bag draped around her neck - running this way and that in a panic.

I figured chasing her would just make it worse, and watched her run into the piano room and under a chair. About that time Pam came down wondering what was going on. We went in to fix the situation, when Muffy ran into the office and behind the cat tree. By the time she came out from behind the cat tree a few seconds later, she had managed to shed the bag -- so all's well.
