New House

If you look at the area in Google Earth, you can see the neighborhood streets and you can see the lot delineations, too. The lot is approx. 250 ft deep by 128 ft wide.
The house is a 4 bed, 4 bath house. All the bedrooms are downstairs. The upstairs consists of a large bonus room and a 3/4 bath ... so I guess you could say the house only has 3.75 baths.
The lot is about 2/3 of an acre, so there is going to be a big back yard for Andrew to run around and wreak havoc in.
Sounds like lots of room for aunts to come visit, too! (Our backyard requirements are not too stringent...) Is there a target move-in date? (I'm guessing before BT5?)
Yes, should be room available when aunts are in the area.
Move-in end of July-ish.
