Mike's knee surgery has finally been approved by worker's comp. It's scheduled for tomorrow, Feb. 1. The injury only happened Nov. 8! Just love how quickly government agencies get their work done! No wonder we are so happy to pay taxes!!! Although, I guess it's not totally their fault, because the doctors weren't exactly prompt in submitting the stuff that was needed, either.

The doctor was pleased with the outcome. He fixed a small tear in the miniscus and did some other stuff. We take the huge bandage off this afternoon (Sunday) and he has a follow-up appointment on Thursday. But the knee was feeling enough better last night that he could feel his ankle hurting again. Not sure if that's progress ....
