This evening I took the metro down to Columbia Heights and walked to Meridian Hill Park, where there was a special yoga event. 108 sun salutations - led by 12 instructors who each led 9. Event was to help a DC yoga instructor who had been attacked and beat up. But he's OK, and led the last 9 sun salutations. This pic was taken before we started, and before it started raining! So glad the instructor was okay enough to participate! Hate to hear those stories of people being beaten up.
