We finally made it out of McAllen, although my sidekick had to get us booked on a different flight (as ours wasn't getting out, due to flights being stacked up from weather in Dallas.
Fortunately, our flight to SLC was delayed, too. So, while making it to SLC tonight seemed bleak before, then there was hope. Ashley, however, wasn't so lucky. Her flight to Fayetteville was cancelled, and she was rebooked for a morning flight.
I thought we'd be on our way, but when I popped out of the bag after my nap, I realized we are still in Dallas! Boo! But, at least we're not still in McAllen! Yay!!!
I hope we board soon. As it is, we'll be getting in late.

We're now scheduled to depart at 1:15. Yikes.
Bummer! Hope you made it home.
Uh ... no. About 1 a.m., they cancelled the flight. We are in Dallas for the day. Earliest we could get home was 7 p.m. tomorrow. We decided to take the direct flight, not the one through LAX departing at 9 a.m.
