Having survived January's Polar Vortex in Minneapolis, I arrived back in the Denver area tonight just ahead of tomorrow's "bomb cyclone" blizzard. The lower 48 sure has some weird descriptors for winter. A lot of flights in and out tomorrow are already cancelled and school closures announced.

It's finally warming up here, after an unusually cold February, and a relapse last week. 50s today and tomorrow, and 60s for a while after that. It can't be cold everywhere.
Heavy rain and thunder this morning. Wind increasing all day. But at least we saw some sun this afternoon.
Sedona is cold. Warming up about the time I leave!
Nice warm day here. Lovely time at the zoo with the girls and Guillaume!
