Getting Breader

Monday morning, I baked my best loaf yet! My family agrees. It's Roy's sesame seed bread recipe. It rose well and I remembered the ice cubes this time.

Is it sourdough? (Or maybe I should say WAS it sourdough, since it looks so delicious I imagine it disappeared right away.)
