Apparently John Mateer broke his hand in the first quarter against Auburn; he will be out for 1 month, including games against Kent state (easy win), Texas (prob a loss), and maybe South Carolina (probably a win).

But he played almost all of the Auburn game with the injury so Idk why he wouldn't be able to play.
Because the chances of him making it the rest of the season without messing it up are really, really low.
Well ya but why does the surgery recovery take so long?
Ouch! Because it takes some weeks for bone to heal.
