Exchange (Christmas Eve)

This is a friendly reminder that we are having an exchange (of sorts) on Christmas Eve with $10-15 gifts (recommendation ... obviously, if you want to spend $18 or find something cool that's on sale for $4.99, that can be entered, too ... we won't be checking receipts). You can buy a gift that you think has universal appeal or one that you think would be great for an individual, although Andrew isn't participating, so I'm advising people to refrain from buying child-specific gifts for this event).

Not buying a gift doesn't preclude you from participating in the game, but only people submitting gifts will receive gifts (and, yes, everyone submitting a gift will receive one gift ... possibly even the one they submit). Those not submitting gifts will still be able (forced) to participate in the gift assignment process. More details will be supplied prior to the event. Please submit your gifts to Tanya, who has been designated as the keeper of the gifts. Gifts need not be wrapped and the results will not be adversely impacted by Tanya knowing the identity of all the gifts prior to the event. If you have some overwhelming desire to wrap the gift you are submitting, that's fine. Go ahead. However, Tanya will just be unwrapping the gift to set up the game anyway.
