Yesterday, my friend Guillaume and his French brother Timothée came over for lunch. I made spicy chick pea broccoli burgers which were pretty tasty. Then we had fruit salad and chocolate cake to accompany the birthday champagne Guillaume had brought last time but that we hadn't drunk because Sylvain had been feeling under the weather. The boys stayed all afternoon and spent a good amount of time playing trampoline and hide-and-seek with the girls. When it was time for our guest to leave, the girls asked Guillaume when he would be coming back to spend the night again. He said he would come back only if they promised to help make him colorful pancakes for breakfast. They were happy to agree to that. So this morning, they set to practicing. Maëva made pink. Laureva did the orange ones.

Are they made with pink and orange spring vegetables?
Yes, of course. Strawberries and carrots. No chemical additives were used in the making of these wonderfully healthy pancakes. Of course.
