April on the Farm

Spring is here, along with 6 new Chocolate Orpington chicks, which we picked up at the farm store in The Dalles Tuesday when we took the Bolt in for some repairs. Cute little fuzzballs.

Here's Dahlia, who is a year old now, and leader of the goats. Does that make her the GOAT goat? The next goat project is getting them outside to start eating the rapidly growing vegetation.

The daffodils are blooming, and popping up in some unexpected places that I need to mark or otherwise remember.

Speaking of popping, here's Poppy. Callie will have to feature in a future post. She looks very similar, they are twins after all, but has a white blaze on her forehead.

You seem to have a great variety of cute fuzzballs. The goats are pretty cute, too...apart from Dahlia being GOAT goat, what have you noticed about their personalities?
