I got up at 4:30 a.m. this morning to make my way downtown for the OKC Marathon (I ran the half). I was hoping to go a little faster, but it wasn't in the cards for me today. I did shave some time off my run in Houston 3 months ago, and OKC isn't as fast (flat) as Houston.

Well ... the top 3 over 40 were 1, 2, and 3 in the Masters ... I think two of them might have been 40-44. But, still, a decent showing.
