I made some changes to the template for the blog. First, I changed the amount of time posts spend on the front page from thirty days down to ten. Given the overwhelming response these first eleven days, it seemed necessary. If we waited a month, the front page would be huge at this rate. Thanks for making it such a success.
The second change addresses a problem with Internet Explorer that Evan told me about. I suspect it has standards compliance issues. I don't use IE, so I didn't realize that the sidebar (which contains the "New Post" link, the list of previous posts, and the archives) was showing up all the way at the bottom of the page. Did others of you experience the same thing? In any case, the sidebar should now appear in the top right.
If you have any problems with display, please let me know, and also tell me what browser you're using. If you have any suggestions for improving the aesthetics of the blog, I'm in the market for those as well.

Blog looks good . . . where's my ". . . ." post!
When you post a comment on a specific posting, it tells you what time the post was made, but not the day . . . so it looks like things are out of order chronologically, even though they aren't. It isn't a big deal, at least not to me, but it could be confusing to someone if they cared about when the comments were posted. Just thought you should know, if you didn't already. Plus, I needed something to do before I go to class, and I figured harrassing you about the "look" of the blog.
