Dad IM'ed today bragging about the 'Skins, but it's not them. And, no, it's not the Idaho Vandals (unless the question is what college team has had them most cheerleader uniform controversy this season?).
Apparently, the new uniforms debuted at the beginning of the year were deemed "too skimpy" by some people (they were similar to uniforms NFL cheerleader would wear), while others thought the short skirts and revealing halter-style tops were just fine.
They paid over 4K for those, and just over 2K for new ones what are similar, but with less revealing tops and skirts about six inches longer, apparently.
In the mean time, they have been wearing black volleyball shorts and football jerseys to cheer during the games.
In a related matter, apparently there was a big "I" on the butt of the football players' pants ... which has now been removed. Coupled with a winless start, it hasn't been a great season for the Vandals.
The Vandals play their home games in a dome these days. Their remaining road games are at Fresno State, Louisiana Tech, and Hawai'i. I don't know if they'll be needing those wintry uniforms after all.
