Grandma's Visit: Day 12

Friday the 31st. Happy Halloween! Pancakes again, but Maëva was hungry so she made one Minnie one for herself and then went to eat it. I made plain round ones for Mom and myself. Mom wore her "Awesome Grandma" costume today (photo of her and Laureva on FB). Mid morning, I eventually got out of the house to get groceries for both everyday food and party food. While I was away, Laureva napped and Mom and Maëva looked at Maëva's photo albums and read some stories. When I got back with supplies, we started making marshmallow witches for tomorrow. After nap, we went for a walk to the village so Mom could take some pictures. I pushed Laureva in the stroller and Mom helped Maëva ride her tricycle. On the way home, we stopped so Maëva could pick me a bouquet of flowers (photo on FB). Back home, we played, relaxed and gave the girls baths. At one point, Maëva discovered she could pretend to be a pumpkin by holding an orange balloon in front of her face (photo on FB). Before bedtime, Marie-Elisabeth and David arrived back from their four-day trip to Paris. They brought a Minnie Mouse art kit for Maëva that she immediately took to her room so it could sleep with her. Evening for adults of Two And A Half Men and Big Bang Theory before the episodes expired.
