April flowers

A warm spring day finally arrived. At least, by Seattle standards. It was in the mid 60s on Wednesday. Many people were out on the Burke-Gilman Trail outside my office window running or biking in their warm-weather gear. Eric and I celebrated by playing ping pong for the first time in a while.


Plants everywhere have realized it's spring. Two more of our fawn lilies have opened up since Monday. Here's the pink one:

We learned this evening that Lydia's frisbee game on Saturday has been cancelled, due to the opposing team disbanding. That would have been Lydia's last game, as she won't be available the following Saturday, due to her band trip to Portland. Maybe they'll have playoffs.
