Harry and Dobby are at the vet today. They're getting neutered, chipped and tattooed. The tattoo is a little symbol in their ears to let people know they have identification chips. The plan is that the cats will then be able to go outside. The girls are very worried about the possibility of the cats getting lost. The cleaning lady got the idea into their heads that they should start by walking the cats outside with harnesses and leashes for a week or so. I think this is not only unnecessary, but that it will make the cats extremely unhappy. However, the girls are insisting. Yesterday, they wrote me this letter:

Maëva's handwriting is, indeed, lovely. And remember, she's left-handed!
