Holiday Market

Sunday afternoon, the girls and I met our friend Régine in Aubagne to buy santons at the market. Afterwards, we had crêpes and drinks at a nearby café, La Régence, which I will not be patronizing again as the waiter neglected to inform me ahead of time that their card reader was down, something I found slightly annoying.

There were a group of three people walking around in penguin costumes. They could have done the pose in Mom's recent painting!
Back home, I cleared a shelf for our new purchases so they could be cat safe.
There's a pond (Laureva's own purchase), an upright bass player (Laureva from me), a violinist (Laureva from Régine), an elbow bend stream piece (Maëva's own purchase), a wash basin (Maëva from me), Artaban - the fourth Magian King (Maëva from Régine), salt flats (Laureva's own purchase), and a trio of foxes (girls from Régine). We're still planning on getting some of our other pieces out to complete the scene, but we won't have space for our entire nativity this year.
Meanwhile, Sylvain went to the OM game. Afterwards, he dressed Dobby up in his scarf.
