There was an article in today's school paper that I found a little comical. Apparently, a few days ago, a freshman student was confronted in the dorms by a secret service agent working for the homeland security people. As it turns out, he posted in a chat room a comment (hopefully in jest) some stupid idea like they could get a bunch of people to contribute a dollar each to hire an assassin and then replace our current president with a monkey. Well, someone notified the authorities . . . and things got rolling. You'd think the whole part about the monkey, and the previous person's comment that they have a cute fish they think should be president would clue you in that these people are immature and not really worth much time or effort. Oh well. Apparently, some students don't have enough school work to do . . . that's my take on the whole thing.
Given the choice between Bush, a monkey, and a fish, Jenn would definitely go with fish for dinner and the monkey as the winner for a swinging in the trees competition. Some speech is so stupid, I guess it's good if it's censored a little bit.
