Andrew is talking. We have received reports of Andrew saying a number of things (including "Charlie" - the name of one of Janice's cats) from various sources. And, sometimes it sounds like he's saying "Mama", "Dada", and "No." But, he now has a catch phrase that you can't argue with: "Uh oh!"
