After work, we picked up the boys and headed south (for the first time, really). We had dinner at Chick-fil-A in Centerville, then continued through SLC to the expo center in Sandy, which is nearby the stadium for Real Salt Lake (the SLC MLS team). We made it just in time to watch 10 year-old basketball.
My friend Marc (from Mines) was in town, as his boys are playing in a basketball tournament. He lives in the Denver area, but has a bunch of family out this way.
Anyway, we watched the game (which they win handily after a sluggish start) and chatted for a while before heading back up to Fruit Heights.
Andrew is about the same height as Marc's 9 year-old.
