Pam and I played 6 of my original compositions (including "Waltz for Evan and Jenn" at a concert in Reston, VA on Sunday that featured works of 4 composers. Three of the pieces, once again including the waltz, will be performed at the October 28 concert of the Composers' Society of Montgomery County.

I also completed the music for a play at Silver Spring Stage. I wrote, performed and recorded music for before the show, during the scene changes, intermission, and the curtain call. I played a variety of instruments, including piano, drums, latin percussion, trumpet, soprano, alto, and tenor saxophone, and trombone. Performances run from Sept 30 through October 23.

Now time to work on music for the spring concerts.
