Yummalicious Vanilla Cupcakes

I've been wanting an old-fashioned metal muffin pan for some time now. I have some Tupperware silicon muffin pans, but I haven't been able to get cupcakes to work in them. They always break trying to get them out. Thursday, a box arrived from Mom with, among other wonderful things, a 12-cup metal muffin pan! So yesterday I just HAD to make cupcakes. I found this recipe for vanilla cupcakes and decided to try it out as it conveniently makes precisely 12. They turned out great. Quite possibly the best vanilla cupcakes ever! They are tasty and very moist and supple, and not at all crumbly. We're eating them plain, without any frosting. I will definitely be making them again and again and again . . . Even Sylvain likes them!

Will you please post this recipe? I like that it makes just 12 also and that they don't nned frosting - that should cut out a lot of calories! And, I'm a fan of vanilla.

Wow, I never would have figured that out. I guess I thought it would be underlined. If it is a different color, I can't see it. But once I ran my mouse over it, it showed me a link. Thanks!
