Help! Sylvain's family is coming over tomorrow evening for a July 5th Fourth-of-July BBQ. I want to make standard American BBQ fare, but I'm a bit tired of doing the same thing all the time. Quick: What's your all-time favorite fourth of July cookout dish?

We had grilled cabbage with Nicole's family, once. We haven't been able to recreate it, though. I suspect the answer may be a lot more butter.
Thanks, Roy and Mom. I'm going to try a watermelon salad with mint and lime dressing (recipe from msn), summer grilled caggage (allrecipes.com), and bean and tomato salad with honey vinaigrette (msn). Still open to any other great suggestions . . .
