Jenn and I planned to go out to the single track trails by Draper for another ride this morning. That planned fell apart as the week progressed. Why? The weather.
The hot summer weather was due to give way, yet again, for a rain event Thursday night/Friday morning. Yep!
I checked the mesonet site (mesonet.org) before I left for work this morning. OKC was in the 2 inch range for the event, while Norman was at 3.65 inches. It has been raining steadily while I have been out. In fact, I'm sitting in the parking lot at work waiting for the rain to move on (Note: I got a little wet because I had to stop and pump gas).
I think the rain should be out of here shortly, though.
