Cats Watching Polka Dots

It was raining buckets here after work. It was nice and sunny at day care when I picked up the boys. The rain was blowing in from the southeast. I barely had time to make it in the garage before the torrent arrived.

I read this post before I got to Polka-dot sprinkles and was quite puzzled. But also very impressed by a) the outdoor cats b) their beautiful abode. A custom-built cat palace?
