Unfortunately, I did not take home first place. Of the 9 entries, my boss said I should have been 3rd best ... I didn't finish in the top three of the "judging." Jenn liked it. She came down for the event.
I think I would like the not as hot/spicy version. It sounded quite good. I would guess that it was not as much of a traditional chili and that the judges weren't very opened minded!!
