Skittles Surprise

I have like Skittles since I was a little kid. I remember getting a bag of Skittles at Christmas once, when the other kids got other types of candy. G'ma Tromble used to keep Skittles for me in a jar in the kitchen in Goodland.

We had leftover Halloween candy, so I grabbed a pack of Skittles. I started eating them, and was surprised when I tasted one of the green ones. I was expecting lime. It wasn't lime. I looked on the package and saw "Green Apple."

What? Don't get me wrong, green apple is a fine flavor. But, you can't get rid of lime! When did that happen? Why? Nooooooooo! The classic combination of equal parts yellow and green Skittles (lemon-line) is no longer.
