Laureva's year-end school celebration was Friday afternoon. After dropping the girls off at school, I spent all morning and early afternoon getting it all set up with the PTA moms. I had lots of help since they know I always spoil them with goodies. Friday I fed them lemon poppyseed muffins, two kinds of cookies and banana bread!
Laureva and her classmates had Indian-style costumes. When they came out, I had a minute of panic because I didn't see Laureva. I looked around frantically wondering where she was and whether she might be sick . . . I later learned that Marie-Elisbeth and Frédérique were having similar thoughts. However, Laureva WAS there with her classmates, we just didn't recognize her with her hair pulled back in a bun!

After the school fair, it was time for Maëva's piano recital. She played three short pieces this year:
