It was close to 100 degrees here in central Oklahoma today. It was the first real hot day of the year. Last? Probably not.
How did I celebrate? After work, I went for a run. Ok ... a jog ... or a trudge. Anyway, I did my 3 miles and came back inside for a Jansonius recovery meal of pizza and beer.
Moral of the story: I need to get my butt out of bed in the morning and run before work!
Morale of the story: ehhhh.
