Laureva: days 4&5

Laureva started gaining back weight right away once my milk came in. Thursday morning, the pediatrician gave her a clean bill of health and we came home in the afternoon. In the evening, the two girls had baths and Maëva helped soap up her sister. This morning, Laureva accompanied me out to run errands to the pharmacy, photo shop and baby store. She was particularly alert for the latter. Must have known it was shopping for her! After lunch, the three of us napped together. Sylvain snuck in and took pictures. Apparently, sisters nap alike! And lambs, too:

Maëva helped give Laureva her pacifier this afternoon when she was a bit fussy. Very helpful big sis:

This evening, Laureva got to meet her Marraine. She seemed to like Sophie. She fell asleep in her arms and stayed there for an hour, I think, until Sophie had to leave. It's super hot and muggy here today (90s), but the girls are both taking it in stride.
