Belly Dancer!

I don't have a picture that really goes with the memory I am sharing so I post this school pic which still graces my refrigerator, next to a California state shaped bookmark and a list of exercises from my Pilates person. During Tanya's time in San Francisco, when she was belly dancing, we saw her perform -- I think we were at a Moroccan restaurant. I have a mental image of her looking gorgeous in a traditional costume, stepping up to do her bit, making the slinky moves look so easy. Any more specific details have, sadly, slipped. But my mental picture is a very good one!
