After walking Justice and eating breakfast, I headed down to Rivermont to check in with G'pa. I arrived, got the mail, sorted through it (a bunch of junk, with the exception being a letter from Tanya), and woke G'pa up from his nap. Just then, a hangout call from dad rolled in.
I convinced G'pa to walk down to the dining room, which he did expertly. There, we sat for about 45 minutes, hanging out with dad (and Pam) and Roy (and Rachel and Lydia). Eventually, G'pa got tired and dad had to move on to other things. So, we went back to G'pa's room, and I read the letter from Tanya.

Thanks for doing that, Evan. It was nice to see Dad.
Dad told me about your visit when I called him yesterday -- he talked about "a little thing where you could see who you were talking to" -- when he mentioned Galen I figured it was your phone. He hasn't been remembering a lot of details about day to day things, so the fact that it stuck with him means it made a big impression! So glad it all worked out...
